If you do not wish to log into the website, please notify us of your return or exchange request through the "Contact Us" form, which can be found at the bottom of the website in the footer under the "My account" section.
Returning the goods to the parcel machine
If you have ordered the goods to an Omniva parcel machine, use the parcel return code that came via SMS to return the goods. Omniva will send a parcel return code with a separate message.
If you have ordered the goods to the blue Smartpost parcel machine, you can return the parcel with the same code with which you received the parcel.
If the parcel has arrived at a Smartpost white parcel machine or parcel point, the customer must use the barcode of the parcel to return the package in the Smartpost self-service environment by choosing the most suitable parcel machine (either blue or white) for return.
If you have ordered the goods to a DPD parcel locker, use the return label found inside the package to return it.
In order to return your purchase in another way, send the parcel to Juveel OÜ, to the address Kadaka tee 36, Tallinn.
Information about returns
The seller shall refund the returned product(s), including the delivery costs, to the payer's bank account within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal application. The customer is obliged to deliver the returned goods to the seller within 14 days from the sending of the withdrawal application.
The payment deadline may be delayed until the consumer has returned the ordered product to the seller or provided proof that he has sent it back.
The returned product must not be used, damaged, dirty or with other signs of use. The product must be in its original packaging and contain all the items included in the product packaging – instruction, certificate, etc.
When the return reaches the seller, a confirmation of receipt of the parcel will be sent to your e-mail address. The money for the returned goods will be returned to your bank account as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract. We will refund the returned goods to the same bank account from which the order has been paid.
