Shopping Cart

The shopping cart provides you with an overview of the products you have selected and their total cost, to which the shipping fee will be added, except in cases where your purchase amount is at least €80 or if you have chosen Eesti Juveel store as the pick-up location.

After adding a product to the cart, you can continue to select other products from the online store. When you have finished selecting products, you can enter the cart by clicking the cart button at the top right corner of the page. Once in the cart, review the selected products and their quantities.

Placing an Order 

When placing an order, agree to the online store's terms of use and privacy policy, and click the "Pay" button. On the order page, enter your contact info, select the shipping method, and choose how you wish to pay for the order. Click the "Confirm" button. If the order processing is successful, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you have registered as a user of the online store, you can also view information about all your orders in the online store.

The buyer is obligated to provide accurate information when placing the order, which is necessary for fulfilling the order. OÜ Juveel is not responsible for any failure to fulfill or deliver the order or any other consequences resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

All registered loyal customers who have logged in to the online store receive an automatic discount of 5% on full-priced products, which is reflected in the new price next to the product and in the shopping cart at checkout, except in cases where the product is already discounted.

When paying by invoice, the invoice will be sent to the customer's email immediately after the order is confirmed. Payment can be made by bank transfer based on the invoice to OÜ Juveel's account. When paying by bank transfer, please include the invoice number in the explanation. The sales contract is considered concluded once the invoice is paid.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to lack of stock or for any other reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days from the moment the notification was sent.

The seller has the right to cancel orders that have not been paid by invoice within 2 days.

Packages are delivered within 3-5 business days unless agreed otherwise. We will do our best to ensure your goods are delivered as quickly as possible.

Order Modification

If you have already placed an order but wish to change or cancel it, please send an email to info@eestijuveel.ee no later than one day after placing the order. Please be sure to specify the order number in the email! Unfortunately, later changes may not always be possible to make.

Additional Information

The product photos displayed in the online store are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.

The products presented in the online store are generally in stock. However, the availability of certain products cannot always be guaranteed due to possible technical issues with the online store.

If a customer places an order for an out-of-stock product, the online store cannot fulfill the order. In such cases, a representative of the online store will contact the customer and offer a replacement product, a possible new delivery time, or refund the purchase amount to the customer no later than 14 days after the order was placed.

We start processing your order after we have received the order corfirmation. Delivery time is 3-5 working days, unless noted otherwise.
